FAQ

Flowers

Do my flowers come arranged?

No, each flower will come individually wrapped and ready for you to bring to life.

Where are the flowers grown?

We are proud to provide you with gorgeous flowers straight from the farm of our hardworking friends in the world-famous Cotopaxi region of Ecuador.

My flowers arrived, now what?

So glad you asked! Give your flowers a fresh cut. Your flowers are dry shipped and are very thirsty. Use a sharp knife or shears to cut the stems 1/2 inch from the bottom. Place the stems in water immediately after cutting.

Now make them look beautiful! Remove all the foliage from the stems as well as the outer guard petals, the outer petals of a rose. As blooms expire take them out of the bouquet.

Keep your water clean! The water in your vase should be changed daily. Each time you change the water, you should give the stems a 1/4-1/2 inch trim.

Use flower food! If you run out, no worries, you can recreate it by adding a couple of drops of bleach and a pinch or two of sugar.

Keep your flowers in indirect light! Your beautiful flowers will last longer if they are kept out of the sun.
